Large, tight rosettes are emerald green in the center and at the tips, and deep rose-burgundy in between. Fine white hairs line the edges of the narrow leaves, and in winter the entire rosette can turn deep rose-burgundy. ‘Jade Rose’ forms a dense colony as it ages, with spikes of pretty pink star-shaped flowers in summer.
